ZAMAN IT is committed to ensuring consistent and reliable delivery of the VSMM (Virtual Social Media Marketing) service. Our team operates to maintain uninterrupted service performance and timely execution of all marketing activities as outlined in the client’s selected package or proposal.

The VSMM service is available seven (7) days a week, with active management, monitoring, and content scheduling conducted during regular business hours (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Bangladesh Standard Time). Urgent support, technical assistance, or campaign adjustments requested outside regular hours will be handled on a priority basis, subject to availability.

In case of planned maintenance, system upgrades, or unexpected downtime, clients will be notified in advance to ensure transparency and minimal disruption to ongoing activities. ZAMAN IT will take all reasonable measures to restore services promptly and maintain a high level of performance reliability.

To deliver the Digital Marketing service effectively, ZAMAN IT requires access to the Client’s online platforms, including social media accounts. The Client’s credentials will be used exclusively for managing and executing the agreed-upon marketing campaigns.

We assure the Client that all access will be handled securely and responsibly, and will never be misused for any purpose outside the scope of the service. The Client is therefore requested to provide the necessary credentials to enable our team to perform tasks such as content publishing, audience engagement, ad management, and campaign monitoring.

ZAMAN IT ensures that all ads, PPC campaigns, and other marketing activities are conducted in strict accordance with platform ad policies and best practices. Our team carefully designs and monitors campaigns to minimize the risk of policy violations.

However, there may be instances where ad accounts are restricted or suspended due to factors beyond our control, such as:

• Policy violations originating from the Client’s content or previous account activity

• Changes or updates in the platform’s algorithms or advertising policies

In such cases, ZAMAN IT will provide guidance and support to resolve the issue promptly, but the resolution of account restrictions may be subject to the platform’s review and approval process.

If the Client can demonstrate that any ad account restriction or suspension occurred directly as a result of ZAMAN IT’s actions or management, ZAMAN IT will provide appropriate compensation to the Client in accordance with the terms agreed upon in the service contract.

To continue receiving the VSMM service, the Client is responsible for ensuring that all payments are made on time according to the agreed schedule. In the event of delayed or missed payments, ZAMAN IT reserves the right to temporarily pause or suspend the Client’s project or services.

Prior to taking any such action, ZAMAN IT will provide the Client with advance notice via email to allow for timely resolution. Regular and timely payment ensures uninterrupted service and smooth execution of all marketing activities.
